The internal regulations, which must be in writing, lay down only: the general and permanent rules governing discipline (conditions of movement on and off the premises).
Visitors are required not to disturb the peace and quiet of others by hostile or ostentatious behavior. They must respect the instructions issued by park management.
All visitors must comply with the Park's rules and regulations, which are posted at the entrance. The Fabrikus World Park's authorized services have the right to expel any offender without recourse. Visitors who are expelled in this way may under no circumstances obtain a refund of their admission tickets.
Welcome to Fabrikus World. For the pleasure and safety of each visitor, it is imperative that you respect the conditions of visit set out in these rules and regulations.
For your safety and to ensure that you have a pleasant stay in the Park, we ask you to respect the following rules:
TITLE I - GENERAL PROVISIONS
I.ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE

In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these regulations, the Management is entitled to ask any offender to leave the Park's premises immediately and without compensation.
Parc Fabrikus World also declines all responsibility for any damage of any kind whatsoever, to property or persons, arising from non-compliance with these regulations.
I.ARTICLE 2 - ENFORCEMENT OF THESE RULES
These rules are enforced by staff empowered to ensure compliance by issuing instructions to visitors. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, and in particular when the breaches observed jeopardize the safety of property and persons, Parc Fabrikus World staff will assess the appropriateness of evicting the offender(s).
I.ARTICLE 3 - PROSECUTION
If necessary, the Park Management reserves the right to take legal action against any offender.
TITRE II - CONSIGNES APPLICABLES AUX VISITEURS

Visitors are asked to use the Park's public walkways only.
In this respect, visitors are asked to respect the following access restrictions:
Areas protected by a fence, barrier, chain, gate or any other protection indicating that the area is not accessible to the public, or marked "prohibited" or "private".
Service rooms, even if they have been left open temporarily.
Attractions and their perimeters closed to the public.
Emergency exits and firemen's entrances, which must remain accessible at all times.
What's more, for safety reasons, visitors are asked to leave the attractions loading dock as soon as possible.
II.ARTICLE 2 - MOVEMENT EQUIPMENT
It is forbidden to enter the Park with and/or use roller skates, bicycles, scooters or any other movement device, whether motorized or not, unless medical proof is provided.
II.ARTICLE 3 - EXIT AND RE-ADMISSION
If you wish to leave the Park and be re-admitted later the same day, please check with an employee present before the exit (entrance turnstiles) to ensure that you have all the necessary items for your re-admission (wristbands, tickets, stamps, etc.).
II.ARTICLE 4 - CHILDREN
The management of Parc Fabrikus World strongly urges parents not to leave their children under the age of fifteen without adult supervision. Failure to do so will invalidate the Park's liability.
During their visit, whether as a family or in a group, children remain under the care of their parents and guardians, who are asked to ensure continuous supervision.
II.ARTICLE 5 - SECURITY CONTROLS
Depending on circumstances and in response to requests from the public authorities, Parc Fabrikus World management reserves the right to organize checks on visitors' bags and personal belongings, in order to maintain the highest possible level of security.
These operations are carried out at the Park entrance, before the cash desks; visitors are asked, in their own interest and that of third parties, to comply.
Please note that it is forbidden to bring into or use in the Parks:
Illegal or dangerous substances, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, dangerous objects (in particular any offensive or defensive weapons of any kind) and any type of object or toy having the appearance of a firearm (e.g. laser pistol, water pistol, ball pistol, etc.) likely to endanger the safety of visitors.
Objects likely to disturb the peace and quiet of visitors (vuvuzela, doorbells, horns).
Telescopic poles for cameras or cell phones, used in particular for selfies.

Any object that Fabrikus World Park considers inappropriate or disruptive.
The personnel in charge of inspection operations are empowered to seize or consign the items concerned.

Parc Fabrikus World employees are not authorized to keep your belongings outside the lockers and the few places provided for this purpose.
Strollers are authorized.
However, for safety reasons, access to some of our attractions may be refused even if the objects comply with the provisions of these rules and regulations. For example, if the use of strollers is authorized, they must always be left outside the attractions.
II.ARTICLE 7 - ATTIRE AND BEHAVIOR OF VISITORS
Visitors are kindly requested to maintain proper attire throughout their stay in the Park; in particular, they are asked to refrain from walking barefoot or topless, and generally to refrain from any form of indecent behavior or dress.
We also reserve the right, at our discretion and at any time, to refuse access to or remove from the Park any person wearing clothing, make-up or tattoos which, among other things, may offend the sensibilities of younger children and family audiences, which Parc Fabrikus World considers inappropriate, and which may encourage interaction with other visitors or disturb them by posing as costumed characters. The wearing of accessories considered to have a safety impact on our attractions (capes, sticks, scarves, caps, hats, etc.) is forbidden.
For safety reasons, the wearing of clothing that completely covers the face is forbidden except for medical reasons. Visitors aged 12 and over may not wear costumes or masks. When worn by children under this age, masks must enable them to have unobstructed peripheral vision at all times, and allow others to see their eyes completely.
Access to the Park may be refused for failure to comply with these dress requirements.
Special rules may apply to special private events. Please refer to the information materials dedicated to these events.
In addition, visitors undertake not to disturb the peace and quiet of other visitors by hostile, excessive or ostentatious behavior. Park staff will take care of this, if requested by visitors.
