Are there different catering options within the park?

Yes, there are several catering options to suit everyone’s tastes. You can find them on our catering page.

Are meatless alternatives available in restaurants?

Vegetarian alternatives are available. If there is no alternative on the menu, don’t hesitate to ask the waiter personally if it’s possible to make a suitable dish.

Is it possible to picnic in the park?

Yes, you can picnic in a number of areas. These include

On the picnic tables in front of the Euroloop entrance
Near the 5D cinema

Please note that it is strictly forbidden to picnic on the restaurant terraces.

Can we enter and leave the park?

We are unable to leave the park, and any exit will be final.

When is the park open?

Fabrikus World opens its doors on April 19 for the new 2025 season. For exact opening days and times, visit our calendar page.

Where is Fabrikus World located?

We’re located in the south of France, not far from Béziers and Cap d’Agde, at Vias Plage.

Do you have a lost and found service?

The lost and found service is located in the cashier’s office. If you find or have lost an item, don’t hesitate to go there.

Where can I find a map of the park?

Do I have to pay for toilets?

The park has two free toilets for our guests:

One near the Eurospeed attraction
The other near the 5D Cinema and the restaurant : La Taverne de l’Ours .

Can I leave items at reception? (helmets, bikes, scooters)

You can leave your belongings at reception in exchange for a deposit.

Is there Wi-Fi access in the park?

The park has a free Wi-Fi connection for all park guests. Wi-Fi is available under the name “Fabrikus”.

Are dogs allowed inside the park?

For safety reasons, dogs of any kind are not allowed in Fabrikus World.

Only assistance dogs for the disabled are allowed, and can accompany their owners into the park.

Can I bring backpacks into the park?

Backpacks are allowed inside the park. Bins are available at all attractions for depositing them during your ride.

We accept no responsibility for any loss or breakage of your personal belongings.

Do you have parking close to the park?

Yes, the Vias Plage Leisure Zone has a free parking lot opposite the amusement park.

Do you organize birthdays at Fabrikus World?

The park offers birthday parties in a dedicated room, accompanied by all your friends and family. To find out more, please see Birthday organization.

Do you offer group rates?

We offer a group rate for individuals, from 4 to 19 people, with a single rate for each person. You can find this rate here: https://www.fabrikusworld.com/tarifs/

What methods of payment are accepted?

You can pay in cash, credit card or vacation vouchers (ANCV).

Are there any special rates?

We offer special rates, depending on the status of our customers. We offer rates for students, seniors, PRMs and families.

Do you have rates for people with reduced mobility?

We do indeed offer a reduced-mobility rate (provided you have a +80% disability card to justify the price).

Do I need to make a reservation to enter the park?

You can buy your tickets on site, but we strongly advise you to book in advance via our official ticketing service. This will give you faster access to the park.

Is there an admission charge? What are the rates?

Admission has been charged since we changed from a funfair to an amusement park. To see all our rates, visit our rates page.

Can I film while I’m on an attraction? (gopro, phone, camera…)

It’s not forbidden to take photos and/or videos, but we strongly advise against filming on the attractions.

We decline all responsibility for loss or breakage of your personal belongings.

For safety reasons, in the event of adverse weather conditions, Fabrikus World reserves the right to close certain attractions.

What are the conditions of access to the attractions?

The attractions have minimum and maximum sizes to respect, allowing customers to make the most of Fabrikus World. All this information is available on our attractions pages.

What are the show times?

The two shows presented in 2025 by the Gontelle family can be seen every day, under the big top in front of the park entrance. For the low-season period, the times are as follows:

The Gontelle Show: 3:00 pm
The Greatest Gontelle’s Show: 5:00 pm

Both shows are included in the price of admission to the park and offer different entertainment.

What should I do if my child gets lost?

Notify a member of staff immediately, who will go to the main checkout to inform the manager and launch an internal search.

Where do I go if my child is injured?

Go to the central cash desk if you can. If not, call a member of our team who will inform the main ticket office and take action.
